Data collection ongoing since 1989 (1989-2013) with a net sample size between 2,000 and 3,000 organizations.
The response rate is between 40 and 70 percent. Data collection is scheduled to continue at some point in the future.

Stratification by sector (10 categories) and number of employees (5 categories).
1989-1995: Chamber of Commerce, State almanac, Registry ABP, CASO school registry
1997-1999: same, plus address list of health care and welfare institutions.
2001 onwards: LISA registry of establishments.
Up until 1993: all organizations with 10 or more employees,
1995 and after: all organizations with 5 or more employees.
