Survey errors. Data are checked and corrected for internal inconsistencies.

Completely revised design and questionnaire

Results are not directly comparable to results of earlier (POLS) and later monitors (Integral Safety Monitor, Safety Monitor).


Strengths: The survey provides high quality and coherent data for national and regional policy issues. Weaknesses: The survey uses a relatively low sample size.
